Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping takes place within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.90 euros per order. For orders over 150 euros, shipping is free.

Please ensure that your return is sufficiently franked. For packages returned freight collect and insufficiently franked packages, the penalty fee of 15 euros from DHL/DPD/Hermes/UPS will be deducted from the refund of your return.

Keep the receipt including the tracking number for tracking your return until the full refund is processed, so that you can provide proof of return in case of doubt. In case of loss, your return is insured by your shipping service provider.

We do not provide a free return label.
